stress diagnostic questionnaire used in the studies at university of indonesia

Hi i am working on “hypertension and associated risk factors among bank employees in South India,India”.For this study i am going to use stress diagnostic questionnaire.I got this questionnaire in Indonesian language.I did translation in English.But question number 24 is missing in the original questionnaire..Please anybody can help me to know question number 24 in stress diagnostic questionnaire??????
